1-2-1 online Coaching/Personal Training is a more luxury service. It gives you your time back that you would have lost via research/confusion, keeps you accountable on a regular basis with check ins and allows you to receive tailored training and nutrition advice where everything is adapted to you and your lifestyle. My role is to devise, your role is to implement. We also have a free consult at the start!
A Private, Personal and Exclusive Experience
Online Coaching includes full access to myself and is a completely private, personalised and exclusive experience where we stay in touch on a weekly basis for total accountability and support.
Weekly Progress Check Ins
You will submit data once per week that I respond to with feedback, this continues progression! You will also be entitled to a weekly 10 minute catch up call if needed.
Tailored Nutrition & Training
Your Nutrition and Training programs will be tailored to your goals and lifestyle from the specific information that you provide me with via our needs analysis questionnaire.
You get your own True Coach account where all of your data is stored in a simple, organised and user friendly portal.
What is the difference between the Body Reach Journey & Online Coaching?
The Body Reach Journey is predominantly automated where you are a part of a private fitness community and myself being the team leader. You receive less frequent direct help. 1-1 online Personal Training/coaching is where you receive unlimited private help.
Why Online Coaching is superior to 1-1 Personal Training
When you are with a PT (most often 1 hour per 168-hour week) you can be pushed passed limits that you couldn’t push passed alone. But what happens inside that hour is irrelevant to your goals if the other 167 hours that week without your PT don’t include; structure, organisation, diet strategies, and accountability check ins. Structure is more important than any Personal Trainer no matter how worldly good they are!
