Group Exercise

If you’re looking to lose weight, strengthen bones, improve posture, increase health for that glowing look or get fit in a high energy environment whilst simultaneously increasing your confidence, then our fitness classes are perfect for you. Training in a friendly group atmosphere, it’s ideal for people who don’t like gyms or training on their own.

With our auto payment set up based on your chosen amount of weekly sessions you don’t have to fuss over bringing money with you every session. Just turn up with your sweat towel and water, have fun and focus on results.

Classes are £5 per person. Bring a friend and get your first session free.

What’s in it?
An upper body mix with an ab finisher. Using Dumbbells and body weight as our resistance!

Type of damage – cell swelling.
You’ll get the feeling as if your muscles are going to burst, but don’t worry…they won’t!

Blood is kept in the same muscle for a longer period of time resulting in the body feeling compromised due to the cell swell effect (tightness) of the muscle hence the name Surge. It’s what enables our bodies to adapt and get that lean, dense definition.

What’s in it?
A combination of resistance and body weight exercises completed at a fast pace one after the other for total body conditioning and fitness.

Type of damage – lighter version of cell swelling and an overload on the cardiovascular system (Fitness).
A slower accumulation of cell swelling which eventually creeps up on you but this is largely felt on the lungs for fitness as well as muscle conditioning. Fast twitch muscle motor units will be recruited and these are the best for that lean looking body. An example of this is to compare a marathon runner to a sprinter… Who has the most muscle? Which indicates why sprint training is superior to long distance training for body composition purposes.

Booty and abdominals…need we say more?
A combination of resistance and body weight exercises completed at a fast pace one after the other for total body conditioning and fitness.

Type of damage – metabolic stress.
You’ll feel a similar effect to SURGE (only the body is shocked by a different method) with regular and specific work on one muscle group with low rest periods creating an environment where you can bathe in lactic acid accumulation, IGNITING your muscles! The more lactic acid, the more burn you feel and therefore the leaner you get.

Exercise for the Baby Boomers.

60 is the new 50 so get fit for your retirement or stay fit within it. Our exercise classes are for redefining youthfulness. Age is not the main criteria here, your approach is. 

The goal is to get you fit, healthy and happy, whether you’re new to exercise or if you’re already active, to make every day general activity effortless. Classes provide a great atmosphere and make it fun whilst challenging you at the same time.
