An upper body mix with an ab finisher. Using Dumbbells and body weight as our resistance!
Type of damage – cell swelling.
You’ll get the feeling as if your muscles are going to burst, but don’t worry…they won’t!
Blood is kept in the same muscle for a longer period of time resulting in the body feeling compromised due to the cell swell effect (tightness) of the muscle hence the name Surge. It’s what enables our bodies to adapt and get that lean, dense definition.
