Body Reach Fitness was founded for one thing and one thing only. We wanted to create the most effective method of personal training and group exercise out there. Personal training should be just as it’s described; ‘personal’. Not only is it our job to implement exercise and nutrition programs designed specifically for the needs of every individual who walks through our doors, but also to be approachable, personable and professional. If we don’t reach this every single session, we simply have not done our job.
One of our big advantages at Body Reach is we are an exclusive company in terms of how many we take on at one time. In our group exercise classes everyone who trains with us knows who you are. It’s our job to create an environment where everyone supports each other, where you are an individual with us, with individual needs and goals. Prior to our classes it’s our job to identify every aspect of these, and come up with the perfect class training formats, regularly updated, that will help you get to your goals in the fastest and safest possible way.
We are the type of trainers who practice what we preach. Sadly, this is not always the case in personal trainers, that’s why we go above and beyond, not only in our own training, but in our further studying. By keeping up to date with monthly and annual seminars and weekends away, we keep ourselves one step ahead in new and improved teaching methods. To put it simply, we are obsessed about health, and improving it for everyone we meet. Our philosophy and our job is simple – to help you achieve your own unique version of health, fitness and physical appearance. Anything less is unacceptable.
